We Guarantee your satisfaction..... in case that you need to return a garment (for an exchange only)

A. Merchandise must be returned in the "Original Condition", shall have tags attached and no signs of wear!

B. A return Authorization Number # should be requested immediately by e-mail and the garment "shipped back" (post marked) within 1 day of "receiving" it, at the customers expense.

C. Authorization number should be visible on the outside of the package.

D. Please provide a copy of the invoice, your full name, address, e mail (very important!) and a note stating the problem.

Important: please note: Additional shipping charges will occur. We do not issue "Refunds", only exchanges.

YOU HAVE TO NOTIFY US ABOUT AN EXCHANGE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE GARMENT FOR AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER . THE RETURNED ITEM IS GOING TO BE INSPECTED BEFORE APPROVAL. GARMENTS THAT HAVE ANY DEODORANT STAINS OR ODORS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ON SALE merchandise is not RETURNABLE! FAILING TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL NULLIFY YOUR REQUEST! SHIPPING

SHIPPING Time

Garments may take between 5 days and up to 4 weeks for delivery. It depends on the Style, Color and Size.... some may be available for immediate shipping, others may take several weeks. If we expect a longer delay than 6 weeks, we will contact you for instructions. Do not forget to state your "wear date". Overnight Shipping Service is available at extra cost, but if the dress is not in stock, it won't ship the next day! Shipping subject to availability!

TAXES

California residents: shopping cart will add a 8.25% sales taxes.

Please, in the special instructions comment box provide us with your actual measurements!, it will help getting the right fit. We do not cut the garment until you place your order and payment. Please order with plenty of time, do not wait till the last minute... is an invitation to a "disaster".
